Created to Serve 2025

2025 was another exciting year! There were difficulties due to the political climate, but God. We honored our mission and remained active in the community. Most of our information can be found on our business page, including pictures. However, I will list a few accomplishments made during the year.

*maintained our platinum status regarding transparency

*A certified tax preparer completed our 990.

*continued to participate in webinars by Urban Awareness

*attended the Ms. Alliance of Nonprofits Annual Meeting and conference on 04/25/2025, titled Leading Forward

*continued to attend all local webinars sponsored by the Alliance of Nonprofits

*prepared a resource table for Oktoberfest located on Jayne Avenue

*Our Independent Living/Social Skills Program is thriving. We had a total of 211 contact visits this year.

*We also provided personal care items and garments to the above group members, along with

education and resources.

*Our mentoring program is also growing. We had 112 contact visits this year.

*We were also able to assist some of the SNAP beneficiaries by purchasing food to be taken

home by the children in our mentoring program.

*With our "Cover Me" program, we finished working with the family who was on the verge of

becoming homeless. However, the guardian knows she can call us any time if needed.

*We are open to what God has for us next!!
